Hi, I’m Kennedy — the founder of MOVE by Kennedy.
I’m a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I created this space because I truly love movement. My goal is to help people build strength, move with intention, and feel more connected to their bodies.
My approach to movement blends the precision of Pilates with strength-focused training to create workouts that are both challenging and sustainable. I believe that movement should not only make you stronger physically, but also help you feel more confident and grounded in your body.
Through MOVE by Kennedy, my goal is to provide a structured and supportive environment where you can develop strength, improve mobility, and build a consistent movement practice that fits into your life.

MOVE by Kennedy is an online strength based Pilates platform offering on-demand classes designed to help you build strength, improve alignment, and move with intention. The platform includes a growing library of classes you can access anytime, anywhere.
Inside the studio you’ll find a variety of Pilates classes including:
• Mat Pilates
• Strength Pilates
• Full body workouts
• Targeted classes for glutes, core, and upper body
• Express classes for shorter workouts
• Mobility and recovery sessions
New classes are added weekly so there is always something new to try.
Not at all. MOVE by Kennedy is designed for a range of experience levels. If you’re new to Pilates, you can start with the beginner classes to learn the movements and cues.
Many classes require little to no equipment. Some workouts may incorporate light dumbbells, resistance bands, a yoga block or a Pilates ball, but modifications are always offered so you can participate with the equipment you have.
Classes range from short express sessions around 10-15 minutes to full workouts around 30-45 minutes, so you can choose a class that fits your schedule.
That depends on your goals and schedule. Many members enjoy moving 3-5 times a week but you can take classes as often as you’d like.
Once you become a member, you’ll find full access to the MOVE Library through the login bar where you can stream classes anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes. Your membership can be cancelled at any time.
All classes are taught by Kennedy Arkinstall, a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with a focus on intentional movement and structured strength.
